Shipping policy
Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
As a small family business, there may occasionally be periods where we are unavailable due to holidays or other commitments. Where possible, we will pause the store during these times and display a notice in advance. Any orders placed just before a closure will be dispatched as soon as we return. If for any reason there is an unexpected delay to your order, we will communicate this to you promptly and keep you updated until your order is on its way.
UK Shipping We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail as standard. Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, though larger, heavier, or higher value items may be sent via an alternative Royal Mail service or carrier at our discretion. Some lower value singles orders may be sent via Royal Mail Large Letter (untracked) where appropriate.
Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £80. Orders below this threshold will be charged at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail Large Letter: 2-5 business days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next business day
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
Remote UK Locations Deliveries to certain remote or offshore UK locations - including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other offshore islands - may take longer than standard estimated delivery times and may incur additional shipping charges. International Shipping We ship internationally via Royal Mail or an alternative carrier at our discretion. All international orders are sent with full tracking to the delivery point. International delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 5-8 business days
Please note that Shuffled is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking what charges may apply in your country before placing your order to avoid any unexpected costs on delivery.
Order Tracking Most orders are sent with tracking, and where available you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some lower value singles orders sent via Royal Mail Large Letter may not include tracking.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@shuffled.gg as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that for untracked orders we may need to allow Royal Mail's standard investigation period before we are able to offer a resolution.
