Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every order from Shuffled. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We offer a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@shuffled.gg and we'll guide you through the process. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to accept them.
Sealed Product Sealed product must remain sealed to be eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns on any sealed product that has been opened, regardless of the reason.
Singles Individual trading cards (singles) can only be returned if they are faulty or were sent in error. We're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on singles once an order has been fulfilled.
Return Postage If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your item is faulty, damaged, or was sent in error, we'll cover the cost of return postage and provide you with a returns label.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind your bank may take additional time to process this. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch at hello@shuffled.gg.
Exchanges The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original order and place a new one separately once your return has been accepted.
UK & EU Customers Under UK consumer law and EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
